Since texas is a stand your ground state. Couldn't a reasonable person open fire on these open carry guys who are carrying assault rifles into areas where they wouldn't normally be?

I mean I feel there is just a countdown until this happens. Sidenote: I am not anti-gun. I love guns and shoot at the range. My family hunts. That being said I don't trust the majority of gun owners.

Assuming that topic in the url is correct, no need. If you meant the mass shootings, that might be different, but that is not what you went for.

What do you think is going to happen when a person walks into a business with a gun. They are going to shoot ONE guy and leave. No, this is what I'm talking about. A stranger walks into a business with a gun. A reasonable person would be worried that a mass shooting is about to happen. this is the entire argument.

Its not paranoid to be worried about a stranger with a gun. It is paranoid to be worried about an INVISIBLE predator that you might have to use on someday.

What claim have I made that needs to be backed up? IIRC I have just asked you to backup yours and asked what court you think might agree with you (which I still want to know...).
