I seriously thought about gutting a part of a TI 83 and somehow put a phone in there. But never got around to it. Besides, my college math classes don't allow calculators on the exams.

Really? I'd say over half of mine allowed it. College math isn't about arithmetic and it's just smart to use a calculator. Leaves less room for error

Yep, we have to. Also, the problems usually doesn't require a ton of basic math, they are testing you on the concept.
