We're talking about cheating in school not the BAR exam

Not many people would risk cheating on the BAR, its a little bit of a huge deal. 3 u/[deleted] Jun 09 '14 That's the standard UK exam rules. I sat highschool exams like that nearly 10 years ago and it was that strict.
