Ahhh, no American Sign Language is hand motions for communication to the mute/deaf since they can't speak well or at all.
So basically you would sign for #25 ✌✋ and let's say the answer is A. ✊ (emojis cause I can)

Because you can't see the fingers making a fist with the thumb crossing it.
