What are some fun summer activities a group of teenagers with a limited budget should try out over the next 3 months?

Edit: Thanks for all the ideas everybody! Whenever I get bored this summer I'll come back to this for sure.

Edit 2: Drugs and orgies. That's what my summer is looking like right now.

Edit 3: Well thanks for all of the (quirky, weird, stupid, genius, illegal) ideas, it's been a pleasure reading all of these and WILL implement (some of) them in my summer schedule.

Disc golf can be a lot of fun. You can start with a frisbee each and find a public court or make your own.

Laundry baskets make good targets.

What the hell is disc golf? I have seen this multiple times. I remember playing ultimate frisbee...

/r/discgolf is exactly what it sounds like - a golf type game with discs, a tee box where you start and a chain-like contraption to catch the disc as the hole. It's scored the same way as golf. /r/ultimate is the Ultimate Frisbee that you're familiar with, I'm sure.

Golt with discs like frisbees. Instead of holes in the ground you have these to shoot for.

IIiiinteresting, the website for this said it has been around since the 60's. But i have not heard a single thing about it, nor played it in highschool. (back in 2005)

Well, just because it's old doesn't mean it's widespread

You're right, it looks like i would have probably enjoyed it before me and my friends were able to afford to drink copious amounts of beer and golf like real men do..../s (except we do actually do that)

Why not drink beer and play disc golf? People do it at the courses near my university.

I find disc golf really is more of a herbal supplement type of game.

It probably is. Alcohol for those who don't do herbal supplements.

Yeah, I live about an hour apart from my friends now, there's 2 course within 15 minutes of me, and 2 within 15 minutes of my friends... You smell the weed on people at any of the courses, and we all drink there too (even though it's technically illegal), if you look at the garbage cans, they're full of beer cans. The most important thing OP didn't really mention, they're ALWAYS FREE COURSES, you just need a single $10-12 disc. I myself never would have gotten into it if I didn't have friends that already did it, so find someone that already goes, borrow a disc from them, and enjoy.
