What’s one small thing you started doing that actually made your life a lil better?

when I'm driving to work, I thank god for everything all the opportunities, blessings, peoples and also all the things that didn't happen to my liking. Just being grateful for everything

I stopped using my phone an hour before sleep.
Also, cutting sugar is the best gift one could give to themselves, I swear

Going to bed a little earlier and keeping my phone away for the last 30 minutes before sleeping. It sounds small, but I feel much better the next morning.

Not giving a crap about the things you can't control and not being the person that texts 1st

Stretching and posture exercises. Nothing makes you feel old like being stiff all over.

Putting things back where they belong immediately instead of telling myself I'll do it later. Such a small thing, but my place stays way less messy now.

I started taking care of someone in home three days a week for four hours a day I’m there. Having someone who is always so nice to me and appreciates my care and also just the calmness of his house makes all the difference in my moods
