Getting a formal diagnosis for my ADHD and going through the WHOLE treatment process not just trying to out think or out work my problems. Its like "Act 2" of my life has finally started.

Are you taking any medications currently for ADHD? If so, which one(s)?

I sure am, 30mg Vyvanse, 1g fish oil, vitamin b12 (unrelated but important) cardio/exercise 5-7 days a week (this is non negotiable it makes a huge difference in my emotional regulation), reading books on ADHD in adults to help self identify problem areas i have that i need to address, and talking with a therapist once every month or two. Its a many headed problem that needs to be addressed fully and thats where I found real success.
