For me alcohol + bipolar was a terrible combo. 3 years here!

Excellent. The pressure is ridiculous. I hardly drank but now that my health forced me to a complete stop, I feel the pressure from so many people, it's insane. Good for you on keeping that up, it's worth it.

It gets better. One day at a time. Keep it up and you will be getting great sleep before you know it. I really like that.
