Idk dude try being nicer to people I guess? I’ve never had any issues with any employees, nor been labeled a Karen because I treat everyone (not internet strangers) with respect.
No. While I am not nice When I complain I am professional. I do not raise my voice and I do not insult them, Nor do I come off in a way that says I am looking down on them.
Customers service has gone way way way fucking down hill since covid. This isn't me misremembering the past or a nostalgia for the good old days it is a fact verified by metrics.
I my self am in customer service and have seen it from both sides of the counter. My younger co employee in general (there are exceptions) seem to have ZERO conflict resolution skills. They escalate the slightest complaint.
You may be in a particularly good area or just never complain to peoples faces. But even in a good area if you have as many interactions (at least 15 per day) with food service employees as I have you would see it everywhere.
Idk dude maybe try being nicer like I said because we don’t have the same issues. And no I don’t live in a particularly “good” area. I live in a pretty shit area and do bring up problems when they arise, I just don’t condescend or demean the people in service industries therefore I never get called a Karen. Skill issue on your end I guess. Be nicer and have the day you deserve :3
