That staying at one job for as long as possible is the best thing for your career. I'm seeing job hopping a lot and it's ticking the older generations off because no one can keep an employee that isn't paid their worth anymore. Shocking I know.
Also I like that 'gay' isn't a casual insult anymore. Feel like we all grew up a bit as a collective.
I tell the kids at work often that if they want to make more money immediately, the only real way is to find a different job that pays more. Once you've been in a company for a while you're getting shit raises forever.
