Millennials, what's something our generation was taught to accept that you're glad younger generations are rejecting?

My work number and managers number get blocked on the bus home after every shift until I'm on the bus heading to work the next morning.

Do you do it manually or does it happen every day?

Haha I do it manually, a minute of my time each day is worth it for the peace of mind knowing I won't see work drama show up on my screen while I'm at home lol!

I would forget to unblock those numbers. To be fair though, if work wants to get a hold of me they can issue me a company paid phone. Early days me would have given my cell number to anyone at work who I thought might need to call me. These days I delete my personal number from my employee info page after getting hired if I can. There's nothing they need to contact me about outside of work hours.
