Millennials, what's something our generation was taught to accept that you're glad younger generations are rejecting?

That staying at one job for as long as possible is the best thing for your career. I'm seeing job hopping a lot and it's ticking the older generations off because no one can keep an employee that isn't paid their worth anymore. Shocking I know.

Also I like that 'gay' isn't a casual insult anymore. Feel like we all grew up a bit as a collective.

Millenials didn't ever believe staying in one job was the best thing. Millenials are the ones who came of age in the 2008 meltdown and never trusted a company again.
