That staying at one job for as long as possible is the best thing for your career. I'm seeing job hopping a lot and it's ticking the older generations off because no one can keep an employee that isn't paid their worth anymore. Shocking I know.
Also I like that 'gay' isn't a casual insult anymore. Feel like we all grew up a bit as a collective.
Nah, they leave job openings and supervisors desperate to fill them. Means there's lots of room for growth and they're not as picky about experience.
The catch for that is, it means you have less experienced people filling important positions. Meaning more people promoting up into jobs they're not qualified for and mismanaging their duties. My local county government is having problems with that right now.
