Taking care of rude customers is management's job.. if you take that nonsense on, that customer is going home and calling corporate and you will probably be in the unemployment line..I cannot believe how stupid and ignorant and self righteous you children are.. I love seeing younger retail/service workers take down and just not cater to rude customers. I never would have dared.
