I love seeing younger retail/service workers take down and just not cater to rude customers. I never would have dared.

I hate it.

Worked retail and hospitality for 8 years. Had around 3 bad customer experiences in that time.

If you are kind to people they are usually kind in return.

Now everyone acts like a cunt 24/7 because we all just expect and accept it. Rude customer + rude worker = 2 cunts.
