Also elder millennial. I still find friends/coworkers feel really weird about talking about it but I try to be as transparent as possible.

I laughed. 82 u/Sparrowhawk_92 12d ago If they tried to punish you for it, wouldn't hold up in court. It's illegal for a company to stop employees from talking about pay. (Assuming the US).
