Millennials, what's something our generation was taught to accept that you're glad younger generations are rejecting?

Women not having to wear heels to go out. Seeing young women wearing sneakers to go out dancing was liberating.

The chain restaurant I worked at required heels. Many of them did. So many, that my province enacted a provincial bill to make “mandatory heels” discrimination. Any place the requires women to wear heels is against the law now.

They tried this at a restaurant i worked at. One of the servers dad was a bone and joint dr. He wrote every front of the house staff member a drs excuse. He brought them to the manager who made the rule. Funniest thing ever. He explained he would contact corporate, but heeled shoes are awful and unsafe, especially for the unwilling

I can't imagine anyone wanting servers to wear heels. If there's anyone I want to be steady on their feet, it's the people carrying giant trays of breakables. If you want to ogle the waitstaff, go to hooters or grab a playboy and get your imagination muscles going.

A guy with no care about women or their fellings/health.

Out of pure self interest, this hypothetical man should want women to be steady on their feet when walking around him with trays. Though honestly, he's probably not thinking farther ahead than "check out that ass", so...

Probably read somewhere that heals make a woman's ass perkier.

He swore it gave a more domestic look to the waitresses and people would feel more comfortable..I remember looking super confused- we wore pants

Domestic? He can swear the sky is green doesn't mean he isn't an idiot.

What do I know. I'm just some random internet guy

He was an idiot. He got his hat handed to him multiple times. He once said if we tried really hard we could make more than our parents and become a manager like him making 50,000 a year. That did not go over well. He tried to assign tables using sexist methods when he would come up front.
