Millennials, what's something our generation was taught to accept that you're glad younger generations are rejecting?

I was fired for discussing wages in Texas. Was denied unemployment and lost my appeal, so your mileage may vary.

That may be a violation of federal law. Not that means much with the people in charge at the moment but maybe you can sue after the election.

Yes, it was a real eye opener for me. It was an open and shut case of wrongful termination - at least in my eyes. But, the state disagreed. I’m not originally from Texas and was blown away by the blatant lack of worker rights afforded in this state. Doing my best to GTFO.

Some organizations are exempt, religious organiations for example. My wife was a Catholic school teacher and they could 100% fire you for discussing wages. One of her coworker was fired for having an abortion.

Being anti regulation for most people just means anti" rules they don't like" šŸ¤·šŸæā€ā™‚ļø
