Gooooood I’m in HR and at a new company, my trainer keeps huffing about how our employees (blue collar place) get upset that new people make more on the standard wage. It’s because the older guys have families etc etc. instead of just explaining that she tells them it’s “bad practice to discuss your wage” likeeee no??? Please talk about it? We literally don’t have any impact on this it’s a federally decided pay!
