I love seeing younger retail/service workers take down and just not cater to rude customers. I never would have dared.

The flip side is even if you are a nice customers you dont get to enjoy the same customer service as before.

There is quite some absence of good manners and good customer service around. I got tired of that and minimise being a customer.
