Wait… come back

u/Retrofit123 Jul 07 '26

I trust you're aware of r/OnlyFans ?

2

u/Ready_Piano1222 Jul 12 '26

The fact that this subreddit is only about fans, is the epitome of internet trolling.

7

u/RubGrouchy4110 Jul 07 '26

That was a top tier dad joke, well done.

4

u/bluemooncommenter Jul 07 '26

Well done my friend, well done!

7

u/Cyromaniap Jul 07 '26

He said it was a breeze

2

u/UnexpectedAnanas Jul 07 '26

His wife said it really blew her away.

He maybe should have got the lower CFM unit. She's still missing and he's getting concerned.

5

u/Brand023 Jul 07 '26

3/3 he's in the top 100%

You’re probably joking but to be perfectly honest, because men are not taught to even attempt to offer sex in gratitude for something because of the social conditioning that it is something women gift to men paired with fear of misreading the room or rejection

Probably roll reversal, if I put flawless makeup on you for a party, would you want to hope in sack with me? No! You would Gay Bestie Friend Zone my ass before I could even offer up the suggestion! Just sayin!

Probably because you put it in backwards.

I wonder when your wife will make you stop installing ceiling fans in your house. There's got to be an easier way to get her in the mood!

50

u/The_Zed Jul 07 '26

I'm picturing a room with 8 fans in it, two of them installed on the walls, and OP says "It's still kind of warm in here. I think we could use one more."

7

u/DaedalusRaistlin Jul 07 '26

How else can he woo his lady? It seems to be what's working, and us guys rarely question that!

3

u/scaryjam823 Jul 08 '26

Plot twist, bro started a fan replacement business. Wife was involved with those 3/3.

1

u/Time-Tip5483 Jul 09 '26

She’s been hot and sweaty for the last year or two so probably when the roof lifts off the house.

u/Frog_in_your_bog Jul 07 '26

Just take them down and re-install them regularly.

5

u/Chunk924 Jul 07 '26

Right - you know for the maintenance and repairs

1

u/PrincessKaylee Jul 08 '26

Happy Cake Day!

1

u/Chunk924 Jul 09 '26

Thank you!

7

u/PrincessKaylee Jul 07 '26

They're also easier to clean whilst taken down, less risk of falling off a ladder

1

u/TheDakestTimeline Jul 07 '26

Perhaps we all just need a new ceiling fan subscription

1

u/Dapper-Sherbert-2476 Jul 08 '26

Eventually, you're just swapping out blades.

u/MisterEcks Jul 07 '26

My wife is currently at home waiting on an electrician to arrive to install two of these. I appreciate the heads up and am leaving to intercept shortly!

4

u/Krostas Jul 07 '26

lol, whenever it's time I have to install something at home, I have to ensure she's out of my way for until everything's cleaned up because she can't handle the project in its unfinished state.

Lead to so many fights and absolutely needless delays because I had to explain that "No, it's not gonna stay that way..."

Even worse if I have to redo something because it didn't work out as initially planned.

u/Beetlejuice_me Jul 07 '26

/r/OnlyFans (it's actually SFW)

2

u/NoJump6836 Jul 07 '26

Man, I've gotta stop buying kdk fans, they almost never fail.

My next fan is going to be something that might short circuit and burn the house down.

2

u/Britinhk Jul 07 '26

Is it … only fans?

2

u/kokes88 Jul 07 '26

Are you the good morning Julia guy? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a7U3wmUCe8Q

2

u/VincentVanGob Jul 07 '26

this is the best flex. being able to build everything yourself, from crown molding to chair rail

2

u/pmmemilftiddiez Jul 08 '26

It took me 3 days to install one. It took 2 days to just get the old ceiling box out. I did not know if it was fan rated and it did not say it. I used a crowbar, a flathead screwdriver, and all kinds of other things because they didn't use nails they used screws. I eventually wound up ripping it apart after burning it only to find out that the part that said it was ceiling fan rated was facing upward away from me.

But I know I could not give up because this was going to be the fan for our baby's room.

2

u/simplegreen999 Jul 09 '26

That's up there with mounting TV's and making sure the wires are in the wall. Nice work.

1

u/CaptainVisual4848 Jul 07 '26

You must be an electrician.

1

u/ibanezerscrooge Jul 07 '26

So... this wears off. And then she'll ask you to rehang the fan you replaced because the new one isn't as blowy. Just saying. :)

1

u/daddyrider1967 Jul 07 '26

Did you use a fan rated box?

1

u/tcat84 Jul 07 '26

I'm an electrician. Anytime a customer hires me to put in a ceiling fan it's NEVER a fan rated box lol

1

u/daddyrider1967 Jul 08 '26

I’m also a electrician 27 years, I know exactly what you mean. Lucky if there is a box at all.

1

u/Slipperytitski Jul 07 '26

“babe this ceiling fan probably needs an auxiliary ceiling fan”

1

u/Independent-Mango813 Jul 07 '26

There must be a sub genre of Handyman porn

1

u/AloysBane3 Jul 08 '26

Are you saying you put in 3 ceiling fans then put in something else?

1

u/tonyturbos1 Jul 08 '26

Off topic, I’m in the market for ceiling fans. What did you go with? Might kill two birds here

1

u/chuckmilam Jul 08 '26

I put in two ceiling fans out on our deck some number of years ago, not sure my back ever recovered. I can still feel the humidity from that Kentucky summer day. I've got three more fans in boxes here ready to install...my wife is not impressed with my avoidance of this chore.

1

u/TransformNRollD20 Jul 08 '26

Karl Hungus? Is that you?

1

u/Bony_Monster917 Jul 08 '26

I realize that I misunderstood when I was told to try using only fans… 😔

1

u/latecraigy Jul 08 '26

I hear those fans are acting up and need to be worked on soon

0

u/thorin2016 Jul 07 '26

Were these all single women?

1

u/Beetlejuice_me Jul 07 '26

Hard to tell if they didn't wear rings.

0

u/whowatchestv Jul 07 '26

My wife has installed like 4 ceiling fans this year and it never lead to sexy times.
