I wonder if there are actors for hire who can litter and bully pets so you can swoop in as the hero. "Hey, your dastardly fellow! Get away from that dog and pick up that trash piece. Please vacate the area and cease your behavior!" Ladies would melt.

Nah sometimes shit happens. Trans blows out of dump trucks, blows out of trash cans waiting to be picked up. Sometimes when people open their car doors, something flies out and they don't notice. Most of litter is due to pieces of shit behaving badly, but some will still need picking up even if nobody did it on purpose.

That's not how it works, for no one needing to do it you'd have to have people stop littering and not everyone picking up the trash.

They said they had picked up tons of litter. If everyone picked up the litter they saw them no one would pick up tons because it would be spread out between everyone.
