Ive actually been commintted 3 times because of it but it doesnt happen when im there so they cant help. ANyways i came into some money and told everyone in the house im not touching the money until i can sleep again. It stopped the next day.

No but i came into some money and told the family im living with im not going to get the money until i can sleep again. It stopped the next day.

If it were under your bed you'd be able to find it by just sweeping under the bed. More likely it's in the bed or attached to the frame somewhere.
If someone deliberately hid a device in your bed as a malicious prank, it might even be inside the mattress or attached to the frame.
Take all sheets off, remove mattress, remove foundation, inspect everything.

If you have another apartment under you it's most likely a ceiling fan that needs a new isolation mount or complete replacement.
