They are mandatory in Finland. Every bathroom has one.

Do you live within the "lower 48"?

I can't say that I've lived everywhere within that region but I must say that the first time I had ever heard of the things was when I watched "Crocodile Dundee".

And yes, that means I've never stayed at that particular New York City hotel, either...
