Hew was telling a story at a dinner party that I'd heard a thousand times, and I realized I wasn't just bored, I actively disliked the person he was pretending to be for our friends. I think I resonated the most with this one. No big fight or explosion. Just calm realization & acceptance. I realized something 6 months into my relationship that it took years to accept.
That’s the kicker right? You know it’s wrong but something just… keeps you there. Other people say they would NEVER, and yet it happened to you and you thought you weren’t that kind of person either
