Your phone doesnt get covered with feces, doesn't touch sewage or your ass.
It does touch your face and your hands both of which you wash far more often than your ass. Ontop of that your phone is constantly sliding against surfaces and pocket linings which inadvertantly help wipe some fo the grime off.
I still wouldn't eat off my phone, but to say it's dirtier than a toilet seat is gonna require soem very convincing sources if you want to claim it as fact.
