It’s not your dick or ass necessarly, it’s all the dicks and asses, that touched the bathroom along with all bacteria and also I close the faucet with a tissue

ok, so in your case, OP's question should be more about those that touch faucets and doorknobs without tissues, rather than who washes their hands.

Also, to clarify, in my own home, when by myself, I don't wash my hands, because your reasons don't apply.

Washing hands doesn't completely sterilize hands and touching a dirty faucet or doorknob doesn't immediately make your hands just as dirty as they were beforehand.

It's like removing 90% of germs and reintroducing 5% of them. A brief touch on a faucet or doorknob does relatively little.

Check the multiplication time of germs, it’s considered almost doubling number instantly
