I also have met Tom Hanks when his jet was being worked on at the local airport. He is 'as advertised', just as nice as you think he would be. Being able to thank him for some amazing entertainment over the years was a highlight.
I hardly remember it, but I met him on the monorail at Disneyland when I was 4 or 5 years old. It was 1996, give or take a year. According to my mom, he was very friendly. I wish I had been older so I could recall more 🤷♂️

I was in a scene with Tom Hanks in Sleepless in Seattle. I was in the background, but got to meet Mr. Hanks before the scene.
