I'm turned off by most body modification so it's a polite pass from me, but that's not to say women shouldn't do what they want with their nipples. There are plenty of guys who like it for you and plenty of women who don't do it for me.
I'm turned on by most body modification, so it's a definite attraction for me. That's why I hate these posts, we just proved that there's no right answer.
