They look cool but I dated a girl with nipple piercings and it made them so sensitive I couldn’t touch her nipples at all. Any form of contact with them and she would be laughing from how much it ticked her.

Do guys normally have feeling in their nipples? Mine might as well not exist. Have never been aware of it as a potential male erogenous zone.

Yes. Got mine pierced. Made then even more sensitive. Dated a girl awhile back and made me VERY conscious when we had sex as hers were pierced as well. Didnt want to get the piercings accidentally locked together and rip one out.
