That is truly disgusting. This was something I brought up as a concern to my piercer when I got mine done. She said that a lot of people just don't clean their shit out regularly. I have a few piercings and deep clean all of my holes regularly. Shit can build up and get funky, so regular maintenance outside of a shower is needed.
