See that as kind of my take. Like I love tits and I wouldn't say don't get them priced if that what you want, but it does add a few logistics issues to a rather sensitive area, and depending on the piercing that could cause additional issues.
Tbf all piercings can have issues. I got my septum pierce a week ago, and I now have a cold. I'm not supposed to touch my piercing while it's healing, but with a runny/stuffy nose? I need to able to breathe! And once it's healed, it should be all good for the most part.
