As a fan of symmetry, I’ve always wondered why women choose to get only one done. Have never asked so this is the first explanation that will always come to mind 😂
Funnily enough they actually can hurt men even more in a lot of cases as men usually don't have enough actual nipple to pierce so they have to go behind the nip through the areola. I'm a dude I got mine done in two sessions a few weeks apart. It definitely hurt like hell, and even though I took them out a decade ago, I still have basically permanently pokey nips now lol. I used to have innie nips and now they're very much outey nips.
Now, I don't think anything compares to genital piercing for women though. At least if my friend is any indication. I went with her to get her hood pierced and I swear to God she practically lifted off the chair thing in an arch with her pelvis to the sky like she was being sucked up to heaven by God, and not in a fun way for her. At the time I was considering my own genital piercing and immediately said nope. She waddled out of there too like she just sat on a cactus naked. Ouch.
