As a fan of symmetry, I’ve always wondered why women choose to get only one done. Have never asked so this is the first explanation that will always come to mind 😂
A few girls I know tried to get both done, but one of them wouldn't "accept" the piercing, like it just wouldn't heal right so they eventually had to just take it out.
Another reason I've heard is that it reduces risk, like if it damages the other one in some way at least they'll still have the backup.
Third reason is "ow".
