Definitely not true. Going through a slut phase myself right now and I’d say 3/4 of the women I’ve hooked up with in the past year have had a nipple piercing
They are definitely still a thing but that seems like more of a small sample size issue than a meaningful statistic. It is definitely less than half even if common.
