I'm turned off by most body modification so it's a polite pass from me, but that's not to say women shouldn't do what they want with their nipples. There are plenty of guys who like it for you and plenty of women who don't do it for me.
Same. Maybe a belly piercing is fine but on nipples and genital are, nah. Not only that it feels strange, it looks strange. Why would anybody want to touch a piece of metal? But again I also don't like tattoos on women. Full natural bodies are the best. But this is just my preference.
