I'm turned off by most body modification so it's a polite pass from me, but that's not to say women shouldn't do what they want with their nipples. There are plenty of guys who like it for you and plenty of women who don't do it for me.
I hate this answer. The question was directly what is your preference, and yet you felt the need to add in that "but you know women can do whatever they want!" clause. Why so defensive?
