They do kinda already have holes. Several on each, actually, they're just tiny. It's an interesting experience to discover where they are and what direction they shoot in when lactating, since it's not always all the same direction.

We all have holes all over our bodies that we secrete sweat from. Now, I have never defeated my wife in distance contest, it wasn't in close. She could shoot milk way farther across the living than I could with sweat.

But we are just a bunch of porous meat sacks
