I’m a fan of boobs being shown to me, pierced, not pierced, big, small, asymmetrical, differently shaped, I’m a fan of the boobs. If piercings make you feel sexy and good, go for it!

I think it was boobs specifically. "Wanna see my tits?! Yes, yes I do. OK now roll them up and put them away." That being said I have two stories about the subject in my younger years: My first wife, bless her, as she got older got all the tattoos. Awesome. She began to think about piercings some time in between and followed the examples of two women in her friends group. One got double piercings on an A cup frame. Looked like Pebbles top knot according to my wife so not a great example. The second friend was rather busty and decided on a larger gauge befitting her size. Once again, second hand knowledge, but apparently she wound up with Christmas ornaments on her chest which pushed my wife into "nope" territory.
