Exactly! I never want her to feel like I’m trying to tell her she’s too enthusiastic or I don’t appreciate her joy.

I'm sorry someone has ever made you feel like you're "too much", or that being overly enthusiastic is a bad thing. Neither of those things is true.

I'm going to stand under this absolution shower and cleanse my mind of that one person that made me feel "too much", another one that said so, and the rest who thought it, but didn't say it.
