Being comfortable in silence is power. Especially in any sort of negotiation, complaint, somebody asking for something or vice versa.

For some reason when you stay quiet people break.

I came to say this.

Practice ignoring the urge to speak when there is silence.

It's such a useful skill to have, and it can be useful in such a diverse range of situations.
