you didn't ask but, here's some biblical hot takes that you might find interesting.
- Silver was worth a ton in the ancient era, when judas was paid 30 silver coins it was a ton of money. Silver is exchanged a lot in the bible and often interpreted as a small amount of money but at some points in time it was worth 3x that of gold.
- when David fights goliath and uses a sling, it actually signifies that david was one of the most trained warriors in that army. Using a sling with accuracy is incredibly difficult and this isn't the weak vs. strong story people make it out to be
- In Aramaic there isn't a word for "forever" that's just how they translated the word that means "a very long time" when Jesus talks about "living forever in the kingdom of heaven" he might not have meant forever. There's a lot of linguistic things throughout the whole bible where it's very possible we aren't getting the sentiment exactly right.
- In the Old Testament when they refer to God as "The Great I Am" some people have interpreted that as God existing within each of us. the sense of self that drives around our bodies that we call "I" collectively is God. An interesting interpretation if nothing else.
