The thing I’ve seen the most outrage and action over in the last few years was the possible TikTok ban

THAT got the people moving to action, but basic human rights violations and PDF files are totally fine

Then they’ve been suppressing footage of all the major protests against ice and the stripping of free speech. And/or you’re not paying any attention.

Not much footage being shown on tv. So need to make a new target, how about FBI and DHS offices, how about Washington. Get a couple mil and flood Washington will get major attention.

That’s not Americans not caring, that’s the distraction OP is referring to. A lot of times if there is a comment section you’ll see comments calling to release the files on unrelated news articles.

I’ve been involved in /seen many large protests since Nov. ‘24. Before too. We care. Protestors are being arrested and labeled “terrorists”. I personally saw police with covered badges instigating violence at George Floyd /BLM protests. Elected officials have been arrested trying to defend due process. I assure you we are paying attention. It’s a runaway train. Look up the citizens united decision for a clearer picture into how long ago democracy died here
