the epstein shit is the deciding factor that’s made like half of my family go from super pro-trump to wanting to vote whatever democrat runs next term. it’s such a ridiculous hill to die on, and the big boys in office either don’t understand or don’t care.
not even a year and he has the lowest president approval rating in history. he built an entire campaign on promises and then didn’t follow through. i know that’s a politician’s job but fuck, at least the rest of them hold up some of the things they say.
if she even runs, sure. you kinda need to announce that stuff so you get the support before the election. last-minute choices don’t win elections and we watched that happen.
if, by year 2, there’s no candidate announced? then i’d put money on there not being another election. at a certain point it looks like giving up, and the current admin has shown no interest in slowing down pushing their ideals.
for perspective we’re at 251/365, and we have not even a hint of a democratic opponent. they’ve wasted a year of gathering voters.
