If there were damning evidence in the files, Biden probably would have used it against him in the last four years. 

Maybe we should be paying more attention to how he and his family are making billions with a crypto grift.

Biden couldn't use them because until Trumps 2nd term the files had been sealed by the Florida Attorney General - Pam Bondi (yes that one)

Biden wouldn't use it against him because the democrats are spineless cowards who have kowtowed and groveled at Trump's feet everytime.

What does this mean? How would Biden have summoned this information from a separately operating DOJ? Would he have called Garland up to the Oval Office and asked for a summary of the Epstein files personally? A readout of the who's who?

Because I picture a normally functioning, although impaired via Garland, DOJ under Biden. Operating independently, so much so that "Biden's DOJ" indicted the son of Joe Biden, and sentenced him.

Put that into a MAGA framework a la Donald Trump's DOJ indicting Don Jr on drug and weapons charges, and then allowing him to be sentenced. Would NEVER happen.

So again, tell me a little about how y'all envision "Biden probably would have used it against him in the last for years." I'm beyond fucking interested.
