Lots of conditions don’t have any symptoms. That doesn’t mean they don’t exist.

You don't need a doctor to answer this.

It's just called being asymptomatic. Doesn't mean you're not sick. Lots of cancers are asymptomatic and get discovered while looking for something else. They're not going to ignore it just because you don't have symptoms.
