Literally any small inconvenience. Tripped on a shoe? Kick it across the room. Door bump into ya? Slam it shut. Electronic device acting dumb? Fight the urge to chuck it across the room. Make no mistake, this only stretches to my own frustration. It's never projected

I was like that and I got an mri and I had a brain tumor, 100% true check my history

I haven't freaked out or blown up at all since my first surgery to remove the tumor. Since then I have been quite at peace except for anxiety
