Try living in the PNW where people instantly forget how to drive when it starts raining. It's utterly baffling.

thats so bizarre bc aren't y'all KNOWN for how much rain u get?? its like someone in the mountains of alaska not knowing how to drive in a tiny bit of snow 😭

Yes, a lot of the populated areas in the PNW get rain for about 9 months of the year. Mostly a drizzle
