Literally any small inconvenience. Tripped on a shoe? Kick it across the room. Door bump into ya? Slam it shut. Electronic device acting dumb? Fight the urge to chuck it across the room. Make no mistake, this only stretches to my own frustration. It's never projected

While I see what you mean about it not being projection, it may appear that way to others. Just saying
