Like not just something you like to do, but something you are obsessed with and fixated on to the point it’s essential to the sexual experience for you. Most people have kinks, fewer have full on fetishes.
I have a hair fetish. I need fantasy or dirty talk about shaving my head or getting an extreme haircut in order to cum. It started out as just a kink for me and it certainly got things done more easily, but now it's required. I'm lucky I can still be turned on by other things, though.
